How do you teach children to be patient? One of the hardest tasks parents must face…

When you get in the car, how often have you heard: “Are we there yet?” “Are we there?” “Now are we there?”

And in the ten minutes it takes pasta to cook, how many times do your children ask: “Mom, is it ready?”, “I’m hungry”, “Now is it ready?”

My daughters are world champions of impatience… that’s where this book came from. I don’t guarantee it will really teach your children to be patient, but at least it will make them laugh about it.

Teaching children patience becomes a game.

The little mouse eats the spaghetti, the apple chosen from the fruit basket is Snow White’s, and she’s angry. The mouse comes back to steal a second apple, the one we’ve peeled – finally – as a snack. They lose patience, but…

Wait! Today is the mouse’s birthday and he’s brought a cake! Yay! Wait! We have to sing Happy Birthday and… Wait! Sorry, I forgot to light the candle, please sing it again…
